Motivation and proper guidance is what I’ve always offered my clients in order to help them realize their own true potential and to achieve more than they ever thought was originally possible in regards to their own health and bodies. My motto is if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. My strengths include Sports Specific training, Strength/Conditioning, Weight Loss and Bodybuilding. My personal interests are Classical Music, Hockey, Track and Field, Soccer, Football, Bodybuilding and Going to concerts on Friday nights.
