Custom made program which you will be explained how to perform, but will be on your own to execute (no training sessions included)
Custom made meal plan based on foods you like to achieve your fitness goals. No follow ups included. You must purchase “Diet Adjustments” for any changes you need.
Contest Prep (Men’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Bikini, Figure)
Full contest prep including: diet, training, supplementation and posing practice.
