During this 1 hour meeting we will discuss what your fitness goals are, create an action plan to achieve your goals by figuring out which package that is best suited for you, your life style and your schedule.
We will also assess you by taking your initial progress pictures, your weight, your body measurements and your body fat percentage using the Metabolic Analytics system. This system will also give us your lean muscle mass and hormonal profile.
