– Custom Programs (Nutrition/Supplement Programs, Training/Cardio Programs)
– Bi-Weekly Check-Ins (VIA VIDEO/CHAT FEEDBACK)
– Daily Posts on our Community Boards (Coach’s Corner) for additional support and tips
– Initial Group Zoom Call with all Participants
– Individual Zoom Call with each participants to review progress and set up future goals (at 4 Week Point of Challenge)

ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS:
- RECEIVING INITIAL PROGRAMS: For 6-WEEK CHALLENGE clients, You will receive your programs the Friday prior to the start of the challenge (pending you have filled out your on-boarding forms and initial check in)
- PACKAGE TIMELINE: The challenge begins on the date listed above. Upon completion of the challenge, you can continue on with our lifestyle coaching package. If you choose not to continue, we do offer a separate package for a small fee for you to keep access to all your programs and the community boards that you are apart of.
- REFUNDS: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
