ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS:

- MONTHLY PAYMENT + DEPOSIT: A 2 month NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be charged in addition to your monthly fee as your initial payment. This deposit will be REFUNDED to you upon completing the minimum 6 month commitment or put towards month 7 & 8.

*If you cancel prior to completing your 6 month commitment, your deposit will not be refunded.

- SUBSCRIPTION BASED PACKAGES: All packages are set up in a subscription format and will renew automatically upon expiration. If you wish to end your services at the end of your package, it is UP TO YOU to inform us when you are satisfied and want to terminate the subscription. You will receive a reminder from our app and admin to confirm your renewal or if you want to make any changes.

- RECEIVING INITIAL PROGRAMS: For new clients, we guarantee you will receive your programs within 3 business days of the initial payment (pending you have filled out your initial questionnaires and initial progress report)

- PACKAGE TIMELINE: Your package begins on the date of your purchase. If you choose to not renew your coaching package, you will automatically be disabled from your account and will no longer have access to your packages.

**We do offer a separate package for a small fee for you to keep access to all your programs and the community boards that you are apart of.

- REFUND POLICY: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
