- It is important for our coaches get to know you as a client on a personal level to be able to give you the best service possible.
- Prior to the call, you will be asked to take progress pictures of yourself, your starting body weight and body measurements.
- During this initial meeting via ZOOM call, the coach will discuss with you what your fitness goals are and assess your current physique based on the pictures/weight/measurements.
- The goal is to create an action plan to achieve your physique goals and determine which package we offer is best suited for you.
- The coach will also answer any questions you might have regarding our coaching methods, services or anything else you would like to inform yourself about our services.
In order for LudaChris Fitness to conduct its business and services in an efficient and effective manner, the following terms and conditions must be accepted and adhered to:
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- If a session is not canceled within the reasonable 24 hour advance notice policy, the client will be charged or lose the session in question. However, emergencies or sudden illness will be exempt, provided sufficient proof and documentation.
- If a client is late for his/her session, the time will be deducted from the session in question. However, if the trainer is late, the client will still receive their entire session.
